In the early 1980s, Robert’s studies in economics and law prepared him to consult and represent Bay Area landlords in hundreds of property tax appeals and rent control hearings. Simultaneously, he developed an early, web-based MLS for income property.
Under his leadership, IPS serves a select audience of owners who want care not just for their buildings, but for their investments. IPS employs more than 30 skilled onsite property managers, and its clients are quick to refer its services. It has united first-class property management with an investment sensibility.
A Fresno native, Robert is a husband and a father of two teenage sons. He graduated from San Jose State University after studying political philosophy and economics, and subsequently studied at the Lewis & Clark School of Law in Oregon.
